Welcome to my portfolio!
My name is Matt, and I love making beautiful, interesting photographs. I first caught the photography bug several years ago when I picked up an Olympus OM-10 from a garage sale. The OM-10 is a film SLR made in the 70's and it gave me a level of creative control that I'd never before experienced with a camera. I was entranced by what it allowed me to create.
Soon I entered the modern world, purchasing my first digital SLR and building up a lens collection. I'm always seeking to grow and learn as a photographer, and I'm fascinated by the way lighting, background, and perspective can create different moods and work together to highlight the subject of a photograph.
